Since the time Blogrush has been launched ,  I’ve been seeing a lot of blogs promoting the new Blogrush referrals. Most of the persons in the blogosphere must be aware of the same thing but still those who are not aware I must tell you that, Blogrush is basically like a Banner or Link Exchange system through a widget. Bloggers sign up at Blogrush to get javascript  embedded widget code that they can place in their blog sidebars. Everytime when your page loads, the widget displays a set of 5 blog post heading links randomly, from other blogs that are part of the BlogRush network (just like you) and are in the same category as you. These links are displayed inside the nice looking widget.  An example is shown below.

Blog Rush is nothing more than a banner-exchange system with a twist. Instead of trading banners, al of us  trade headlines (post titles); that’s the difference. Regardless of its relevance, you wouldn’t normally trade banners with another blogger then why would you trade headlines? The answer is simple you are wasting the widget space where you could have got more than US$ 50 on an average and may be more .

In the eyes of major bloggers , the blogrush thing is a waste right now because of the fact that they are getting low clicks but high number of headline are showed in the network. So most of them have removed the Blogrush widget from their website and so I am not an exception as well , I also removed the widget and also changed the theme of the blog from pride to BOBV2 …
