If you don’t notice the email The Google Team watches your income and the frequency of clicks and their system determines whether it has been generated invalid or by the user because of the interest.
The account or Say the Adsense ID gets banned if invalid Clicks are generated through your channel . See Google’s Terms of Service , i.e. TOS.

Its because most of PTC , auto surf , PTS and other websites do have these advertisement codes of the above advertising agency .
On one hand many say that opening a Traffic Exchange Program will result in lots of traffic and hence income but in my opinion before the time your account gets disabled by Google in violation of terms of service then remove the Traffic Exchange from your Page or may be use any other Advertiser like above mentioned to get maximum income from the website . But One thing you will have to notice that invalid clicks are recorded everywhere and the account will be disabled in each and every Advertiser hence your dream to get online income will get Hampered or Gone completely.
